I'm pissed. 4rd week on Atkins and I only lost 8 lbs. Two weeks ago I lost 10 and it came up to 8 lbs. and stopped...
I feel so tired and lack of energy. My grocery bills ran super high this month due to expensive Low-carb products. (I prefer Atkins. KETO brand sucks ass)
And tomorrow is Kheang's birthday. We'll be having lunch at a Japanese/Chinese place. I'll be eating way over 20g. + lots of sugar for sure.
Well, starting next week I'll give it another try. Amazon just shipped two Southbeach Diet books (one is a cookbook) to me and I hope to switch to Southbeach for a couple weeks or so. If I can't lose more than 15 lbs., that's it for me. Low carb sucks! I miss I-HOP!
