No Cramp but... twice a month

I woke up on Saturday morning at 11AM because of my period. (Usually I'll sleep until noon)
For the past month since I started the Low-carb life style, on/off diet and treadmill exercise, the cycle of my period has changed from once a month to 2-3 times a month. -_-' It will last between 2-4 days.
I don't know if I like this. Of course it's not normal, something is wrong or has changed inside my body. On the good side though, it doesn't come with that HORRIBLE CRAMP anymore :-o
I always have cramp associate with period monthly. Bad Bad Bad cramp for 2-3 days. Sometime I couldn't go to work, couldn't do anything because I had to take the strongest prescription drug that put me to sleep :( It's been like this since I was around 25.
Well, I probably will go see the doctor sometime next month though.
