Who is entitled to submit a claim?

All (not so hot) women and all African Americans, Asian Americans or Latinos who: 1) applied for employment or management (or attempted to do so and were discouraged), or 2) were employed at an Abercrombie & Fitch store (including abercrombie kids and Hollister Stores) at any time between February 24, 1999 and November 16, 2004.

How much of an award could I receive?

Money awards to most members of the Class are expected to vary between several
hundred to several thousand dollars.
